    This is a very apt quote for this particular dark time in America’s history Carol ~ my thoughts and prayers are with all friends and colleagues in the USA … and particularly with those families who have suffered directly!

      John, This wasn’t what I had planned for today. It just felt more appropriate.

      My thoughts and prayers are with those affected by this horrible act. The good must step forward to defeat evil.

      My thoughts will be with all the runners in London this coming weekend. May they be fearless and safe.
